This section presents selected ongoing and developing academic work, including research projects, conference papers, conceptual models, and future book initiatives — both funded and independently developed.

Some projects are currently under review, while others remain in early stages of analysis, writing, or theoretical development. Together, they reflect continuing academic interests in social work, human behavior, family studies, disability, education, psychosocial well-being, and emerging social issues within Gulf societies.

About the BookThis book presents a comprehensive training-oriented framework for professional models in social work, integrating theoretical foundations with practical application within a contemporary Arab social and cultural context. Rather than presenting professional models merely as theoretical approaches, the book guides readers toward a deeper level of understanding through the analysis of real-life cases, the selection of appropriate intervention perspectives, and the development of informed professional judgment grounded in psychological, social, cultural, and institutional awareness.The book introduces five major professional practice models and trains students and practitioners to apply them through an analytical, practice-based approach built on the Input–Process–Output (IPO) framework. This approach strengthens the ability to integrate assessment, intervention, and evaluation into a professional process. The Qur’anic Model of Human Behavior (QMHB)An ongoing interdisciplinary research project aimed at developing and scientifically examining a behavior-centered framework derived from Qur’anic perspectives on human behavior, self-regulation, perception, intention, and moral agency.The conceptual foundations of the model began in the book Human Behavior and the Social Environment from Divine and Scientific Perspectives, published in 2020. Since then, the framework has continued to evolve through academic teaching, classroom discussions, professional reflections, and ongoing engagement with students and specialists in the field.The project seeks to bridge the behavioral sciences and Qur’anic conceptual foundations to propose a culturally grounded model for understanding human behavior in contemporary social and educational contexts.
